We currently do not accept product returns. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be refunded or returned.

2. Exchange Policy

  • The exchange request is made within 3 days of the delivery date (please specify the number of days).
  • The product is in the same condition as when received, with all original tags and accessories intact.

  • Our team will review your request and provide instructions for sending the item back.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Perishable goods.
  • Items on sale or clearance.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item for exchange unless the product is defective or incorrect.
